TWO CORE PILLARS

Understanding technology. Moving Europe.

Communify One focuses on two fields where complex content, clear positioning and credible communication are decisive.

Where we deliver.

Communication that works.

01

Public Relations & Media Relations

We identify the story with genuine relevance, formulate clear messages and deliver usable materials. This brings companies, technologies and concrete projects to the point – and into relevant business and trade media.

02

International Campaign Strategy

We develop campaigns from objectives, messages and audiences through to implementation across several countries. Especially for EU projects, we combine central consistency with national and regional relevance.

03

CEO Positioning

We turn CEOs into visible, credible voices for clearly defined subjects. Positioning, media relations, LinkedIn and concrete points of view build recognition among customers, partners, applicants and decision-makers.

04

Public Affairs & Networking

We create access to relevant stakeholders and position technological, business and institutional interests in the right environment – factually, prepared and without unnecessary activity.

05

Crisis Communication

We stabilise communications when facts, time pressure and public expectations converge. Clear responsibilities, credible statements and fast approvals prevent contradictory messages.

06

Moderation & Event Communication

Christoph Sammer brings complex technology and business topics to the stage clearly – with thorough research, precise questions, strong programme structure and reliable time management.

Why should your company be noticed?

01

PARTNER ACQUISITION

Become visible to suppliers, research institutions, funding bodies and cooperation partners

02

EMPLOYER BRANDING

Become more visible to new specialists and apprentices – and turn your employees into proud brand ambassadors

03

FINDING CUSTOMERS

Reach new B2B customers in Austria and Germany with your project – using new communication solutions

04

INCREASING MARKET VALUE

We increase the value of your company as well as your personal value. Start-ups and CEOs in particular benefit from this effect

WHERE WE START

The invisible high-tech supplier

An owner-managed manufacturer produced high-precision components in small series but was perceived beyond existing customer relationships as an interchangeable contract manufacturer. We interviewed owners, engineering, production and sales and translated manufacturing depth, precision and problem-solving ability into a clear market position.

This produced a credible editorial roadmap, management interviews and targeted business and trade media relations. The company became easier to understand for new customers, partners and potential investors – and gained qualified enquiries.

From software CEO to a recognised voice on AI

A CEO led demanding software and transformation projects but was barely recognisable publicly as an expert in his own right. We defined three topic territories, developed concrete positions on AI, software architecture and change, and built an editorial system for LinkedIn, expert articles and media statements.

The CEO gained a recognisable profile, received qualified responses from the market and became easier for media and event organisers to approach. The decisive factor was not more content, but a clear and repeatable position.

INSTITUTIONAL EXPERIENCE

Communications for Europe.

Communify One has delivered communications projects for the European Parliament in Germany, the Representation of the European Commission in Austria, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

  • European Parliament
  • European Commission
  • European Space Agency (ESA)
  • European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)

Communication that is out of this world.

We made the value of European spaceflight visible – with a campaign that explains the everyday benefits of navigation, climate monitoring and security, while positioning Europe as a reliable technology provider.

STARTING POINT

European space technologies have long been part of everyday life – from precise navigation and weather and climate data to support during natural disasters. Yet their concrete value was barely visible outside specialist circles. The task was to translate technically demanding applications into accessible language and make their strategic importance for Europe tangible.

RESULTS

Abstract space infrastructure became a clear European value story. Concrete applications, media-ready content and communications formats designed for use across countries showed how European technologies contribute to security, mobility and climate action. At the same time, Europe was positioned as an independent and reliable provider of space technologies.

Communicating food safety safely.

A sensitive EU topic, clearly explained, widely communicated and measurably established.

STARTING POINT

A European programme wanted to communicate complex food-safety content to the wider public. The challenge was to explain a technical and regulatory topic in a way that people could understand, take seriously and actually apply – without panic, trivialisation or loss of technical accuracy.

RESULTS

The campaign achieved a reach of more than 6 million contacts and was covered by more than 90 media outlets. Accompanying surveys showed that awareness of the topic increased by around 30%, while digital campaign content achieved engagement rates above the industry average.

Any questions?

What does Communify One do for industrial and technology companies?

Communify One translates complex products, technologies and business capabilities into clear positioning and stories that work for the media. We combine strategic consulting, media relations, expert articles, interviews, thought leadership, crisis preparation and content for owned channels.

Which companies are the right fit for Communify One?

Communify One is particularly well suited to complex B2B businesses in industry, mechanical engineering, software, automotive, medical technology and high tech. We also work with research organisations, public institutions and European projects that need to make demanding subjects understandable and visible.

How does Communify One connect public relations with sales and awareness?

Communify One does not replace sales, but creates the conditions for companies and experts to be found, understood and taken seriously. Editorial visibility, clear messages and relevant content build trust among customers, partners, applicants, media and other decision-makers.

How quickly does Communify One achieve media-relations results?

Communify One begins by developing positioning, topics and suitable media angles. Initial coverage and qualified media contacts are often possible within a few weeks; sustainable awareness and expert status require consistent work over several months.

How much does it cost to work with Communify One?

The scope depends on the starting point, target markets, range of topics and required implementation. After a non-binding initial discussion, Communify One provides a clear proposal for either a defined project or ongoing PR support, without unnecessary modules.

Why does Communify One specialise in mechanical engineering and industry?

Christoph Sammer combines technical training, experience as a software developer and journalist, and entrepreneurial practice in a mechanical-engineering company. This allows Communify One to assess technical facts and develop relevant stories about innovation, investment, exports, applications or skilled labour.

How does Communify One understand complex technical subjects?

We speak with engineering, production, sales and management, verify terminology and relationships, and separate technical functionality from concrete customer value. The result remains technically accurate while being understandable to business media, trade media and decision-makers.

What PR services does Communify One offer software and AI companies?

Communify One positions software, digitalisation and artificial intelligence through concrete applications and business value instead of interchangeable buzzwords. We connect product understanding, customer problems, credible use cases, expert voices and relevant market developments.

Does Communify One also work with high-tech start-ups?

Yes, when the technology, business model and claims are sufficiently robust for public communication. Communify One sharpens positioning and narrative, improves credibility and visibility, and supports conversations with customers, partners, talent or investors without confusing PR with sales or investor relations.

How does Communify One position executives and specialists as experts?

Communify One defines relevant subject areas, clear points of view, credible claims and suitable formats. This produces media statements, interviews, expert articles, LinkedIn content, presentations and background briefings that build visible personal expertise over time.

Does Communify One support crisis communications for industrial companies?

Yes. Communify One prepares responsibilities, approval processes, scenarios, key messages and spokespeople, and supports situation assessment, internal communication, media enquiries and ongoing updates when an incident occurs. These processes should be defined before a disruption, accident or financial crisis.

How does Communify One support employer branding and recruitment?

Communify One develops credible employer stories about real jobs, technologies, development opportunities and people. Media relations and owned content support recruiting because potential specialists can get to know and understand the company before applying.

How does Communify One support industrial product launches?

Communify One refines value propositions and messages, develops press materials and visual concepts, plans the right timing, and coordinates interviews, trade media, events and digital content. This gives technical innovations a clear story for the market and media.

How does Communify One make trade fairs and specialist events effective?

Work begins before the event with topics, invitations, interview opportunities and targeted media outreach. On site, Communify One organises conversations and content; afterwards, results, contacts and open stories are followed up consistently.

Does Communify One manage international B2B communications?

Yes. Communify One develops central positioning and content that can be adapted linguistically and thematically for individual markets. Depending on the project, we work directly with international media, European institutions and selected local implementation partners.

What experience does Communify One have in EU project communications?

Communify One combines technical and regulatory accuracy with accessible communication for different countries and audiences. We account for languages, funding requirements, documented outputs, institutions, media relations and the sustainable use of project results.

How does Communify One place companies in relevant media?

Not through indiscriminate press distribution, but through a clear story, credible facts and targeted outreach. Communify One selects publications and contacts by industry, editorial desk, region and topic, and prepares companies for questions and interviews.

How does Communify One measure PR and media-relations success?

Communify One evaluates the quality and relevance of coverage, target publications reached, topic leadership, enquiries, stakeholder response and the development of expert positioning. Reach is reported, but is not treated as equivalent to actual impact.

How does Communify One work with internal marketing and communications teams?

Roles, contacts, editorial planning and approval processes are defined at the outset. Communify One can fully manage strategy, media relations and editorial implementation or complement an internal team where external experience and capacity are needed.

Can Christoph Sammer be booked as a moderator through Communify One?

Yes. Christoph Sammer moderates conferences, specialist events, panel discussions, press events and corporate events throughout Austria. His key topics are technology, industry, business, artificial intelligence and skilled labour.

How does Communify One prepare an event moderation?

Preparation includes clarifying objectives, programme structure, research, guest briefings, precise questions, transitions and a reliable schedule. For technical or business topics, Christoph Sammer also ensures that specialist terminology is accurate and understandable to the audience.

How does a PR project with Communify One begin?

It starts with a non-binding discussion with Christoph Sammer about the current situation, objectives, audiences and timeframe. You then receive a clear recommendation on useful communication measures, responsibilities and services that are deliberately not required.
